My current project is a multimedia installation that invites viewers inside a peat bog, engages the senses, and encourages people to slow down, look closely, and maybe, experience perspective shift. I’m compelled by questions about how we make relationship with the living world, and how land is valued. I respond to these beautiful, lively, ancient ecosystems full of tiny beings by playing with scale: creating human sized soft mosses, and projecting macro photography onto the wall. I share my research and invite participants to become the beings in the bog through embodied play.
